Soul Changes

So many people choose to face dire consequences than make permanent changes in their lives. For some, the thought of changing anything is so frightening the fear wins before they ever try to break free from it. It wins by taking them to a place of darkness and despair--they begin to tell themselves they won’t recover from. That feeling of despair can be healed and transformed but a person has to have hope, they have to feel it true deep down inside to reach for it. Some reach so high that they begin to fly spiritually and never come down the rest of their lives. Others go low, wallow in self pity, neglecting their bodies, minds and spirits with negativity. The result can be devastating not only to their life and purpose here but also to the people around them who feel helpless in getting through.

The evolvement of the human mind is helping us to make better choices which encourage more changes to our thoughts and aspirations. Why does one soul give up and another decide to make changes?  What helps us “awaken” and evolve into a new way of thinking, no matter our background or upbringing? Why is choosing to make our lives more peaceful, purposeful and happy seem so difficult? We usually have things to let go of to make it happen. Letting go and flying solo can cause anxiety or can cause joy. If we expect to find our joy from other people’s lives and opinions then we will always feel like an outsider looking in. If we take control of our own “reality shows,” which means if we live life on our own terms, dreams and aspirations, we are free from expectations. Free from caring how others define us, listening to our spiritual guidance and emotional intelligence to lift ourselves up when others may want to tear us down.

It is up to each and every one of us as individuals to be more self sufficient in our emotional needs, to help us overcome these negative feelings quicker, replacing them with unconditional love. Love for ourselves and every living thing on the planet. It isn’t some far off dream in a book written hundreds of years ago. The human consciousness has come into an evolution of global proportion and grows stronger every second the planet spins. We have the insight and knowledge to see the visions manifest because more of us around the world have decided to communicate at a deeper level.

When our challenges seem so huge to us, take a step back and look at the suffering of people on Earth, those who truly know what being in the center of horror feels like. It is astounding the healing number of people who are no longer afraid to stand up and speak out for change--what is right and humane. You will see how much we have changed collectively to evolve humanity. It also takes courage and hard work to make changes in ourselves and in our personal environments. It is every bit worth it. Even if you are the only one in the crowd and your friends make fun of you. If it feels right in your heart and resonates in your soul, you are the only one who can decide.

If you were given the choice to either give up drinking alcohol and live for 30 more years or to continue drinking and maybe have another five years left, what would you decide? Most people would say they want to live and make the change. Some wouldn’t even consider going a day without a drink no matter how long they had left. Since I have personally seen both choices made and the consequences thereafter, I have a realization. There was no way I could have changed their choice no matter what I said or did. It had to come from deep inside their souls. The wake up call had to come from a place much higher up; it was truly between them and God. Their soul’s personal journey was really none of my business. I had to accept the outcome of their choices and carry it with me through my life as another chance to learn and grow from what I had experienced.

If we are able to look at the center of what makes us want to be here along with who we truly are, we can understand the dynamics of the themes and dramas we live out every day. This existence here is only a temporary stop for our souls in the Universal plan. If we believe we will exist as energy in whatever life form we can incarnate into, we have nothing to fear but our thoughts. To change our thought process on any negative situation by seeing the benefit of the lesson or information, we create the changes inside us on the soul level. What if we never have to deal with this particular issue again? Do you believe it can be healed at the soul level and never affect the body or mind in this life or any other?  Soul changes take hard work, dedication and endless love, but they are more than worth it. Your soul will thank you in all the lives to come!

A Peaceful Heart

Is it possible to have a heart filled with peace when the World seems lost in achieving the dream of acquiring it? Do we really need to examine our thoughts, feelings and emotions in every extreme situation to recognize the process of evolving how we react? The answer would depend on how much peace we are already able to feel in the core of our spiritual consciousness. It makes sense that some people are just born with a more peaceful core of existence within them and others have to work a little harder to focus in the effort to maintain their quest for inner balance.

A person who is very empathic and sensitive to negative energy may be constantly challenged by outside forces and the people around them who resonate on a different vibration. It can be a daunting task to understand how to make peace when egos want to battle. There are several ways in which you can evolve your consciousness to react with a radiant peace that brings the situation to the balance point of understanding. We really can learn to stop ourselves from reacting as a mirror to the other person’s seemingly negative behavior towards us and lash out with an insult, etc. in response. Yes, even when they deserve it, we can really practice turning the other cheek with the goal of raising our vibration, our joy factor and even our physical health.

Imagine your soul at total peace with all existence, a light being of consciousness who does not judge, understands soul’s purpose and flows as one united heart of being. You are responsible for your own vibration in that energy, therefore your judgment of it decides its purpose. If you choose to mirror negative behavior with more of the same, then more will be created. If you choose to answer opposing force with positive reinforcement, which comes in many forms, you will see the benefit of the energy you are creating for your future encounters and beyond...

Holding On To the Vision

An incredible transformation has been taking place across this planet in the last few years. It appears there is an ever growing divide between the thoughts created in light and those created with the intention to do harm. No matter where you live, you have witnessed it in current events around the World. It is forcing all of us to take stock.  Who are we? What are we doing here? How do we come together as ascending, evolving beings of light when we are spread out across this Universe? That is a mission still under way as we keep connecting and intersecting.

Although we want to trust that our fellow human beings are all full of good intent, we know better. Collectively and consciously, we also know that in order to keep sustaining the positive light inside, we have to protect ourselves with every tool available to us.  Our own personal, spiritual connections know when to kick in but we have to be listening. We all have this built in “spidey” sense! Our guides come in to warn us when to slowly turn and back away then when to stand and act. The negative actions we witness in reality can be hard to understand. They can make us all tense, anxious individually while as a collective group we have to learn techniques to help us all stay focused, strong in our beliefs.

The vision of the Lightworkers to bring a New Earth to the Universe transformed by light is a vision held by many. Keeping our thoughts on a higher vibration of peace, love and joy creates a real energy. This energy creates the future of the home man has inhabited all this time. The love vibration overcomes all negative thought and deed.  It transcends any evil created by the lost thoughts of lost souls and brings them into light.  There is nothing in this energy that cannot be healed and sustained.

In order to keep the vision alive of man ascending and healing all souls, we have to create this vision in our very souls. As we attune to the vibration individually, we seek out others on the same wave. There is total freedom to choose your spiritual path and your personal religion but the vibration of love remains a universal force. Respecting each other as beings in growth, evolution and understanding is the concept we all still have to keep our focus on. Acting physically, spiritually and humanely to the needs of the suffering who have been placed in the middle of conflict and chaos is ingrained in the souls of those who want to see the world heal.

In our everyday lives we can still be struggling with the definition of our purposes here and we can be healing from our personal struggles.  When we expand our thoughts to the Universe and consider the bigger picture, we begin to understand how to manifest. We create our own drama, everything we do echoes out. We create that vision of healing light which manifests through our actions. Right now more than ever, we need to hold on tight to each other along with the vibration and vision of peace being our ultimate goal.
